We welcome travellers of all abilities and ages, including wheelchair and mobility-aid users, seniors, families with prams and young children, pregnant guests, and people who are vision or hearing impaired. We know that not all disabilities are visible, and we’re committed to being open and transparent so you can travel with choice and confidence.
Because our tours are private and fully customisable, we can adapt a great deal to suit you:

• Door-to-door service — we pick you up and drop you off at your hotel, the airport, the cruise terminal or your accommodation, so there’s no extra travel to manage.
• Flexible pace and stops — your itinerary, walking distances and rest breaks are tailored to your group, and our driver-guides are happy to assist you in and out of the vehicle.
• Comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles — our fleet ranges from luxury sedans and people-movers to vans, as well as a mini bus with adequate room at the rear of the bus for wheelchairs.
• Mobility aids welcome — we can carry folding or compact wheelchairs, walkers and similar mobility aids.

Please talk to us about your needs and we’ll confirm the most suitable vehicle and arrangements.
Some of the attractions and natural sites we visit have their own terrain and access conditions that are outside our control (for example, walking tracks, lookouts and beaches). We’ll always tell you honestly what to expect at each stop so you can decide what’s right for you.

Tell us what you need. The best way to make sure your day runs smoothly is to let us know your accessibility requirements when you enquire or book. You can note them on the booking form, or contact us directly and we’ll record them and confirm everything before your tour.
